A walk on the beach - a lovely way to end the summer.
A wonderful quote and a true one, I think. When we were going to the ocean each summer, I never had the sinus issues I sometimes would have otherwise! All that salt water!

Beautiful. And, how true. Ocean salt water works wonders for poison ivy. It really stops the itch.
