The way I figure it, the driver just had an steamy affair at the B&B and needed to make a quick getaway before her husband drove by on his way to work. At least she picked a beautiful spot to do something so wrong.
Oh, and that's her lover sitting on the front porch waving goodbye. He looks very handsome, so it's hard to blame her.
