Just rewards...

After a six week hiatus from walking on the beach due to the holidays, back problems and travel, it felt great to get back out there!

I was rewarded by low tide, gentle breezes and starlit morning.  I also came across this mum which had been stuck in one of the wooden pilings.  Even though this bloom had seen better days, it still looked pretty in the early morning light.

A touch of HDR filter added to my original i-phone photo.
