kinfolk - cover girl

I heard about Kinfolk Magazine and had to have it.  Volume Seven arrived today.  This is a great magazine - filled with inspiration.

I loved the cover photo and thought I'd see if I could produce a picture anywhere close - not really - but it was fun trying nonetheless!

(Adding a gaussian blur sure helps one appear to have flawless skin - less wrinkled anyway!  This is a trick I learned from my gal pal Doris Day...remember her?)

Loving that soft photographic effect! Can I walk around with vellum in front of my face? :) Sweet photo of you! xoxo

Your self portrait is beautiful! I love Kim K. work as well. Where did you find Kinfolk for sale? I don't recall seeing a link anywhere.

This is a beautiful photo! I love the shadow falling on your shirt from the daffodils, and how the leaf pattern mixes with it, binding the bouquet to you. And you look at least as lovely as Doris Day ever did!

This is lovely. Soft and beautiful and the yellow daffodils add just the right punch of color.
