Among other things, I am a doll maker. I like to use what's on hand, things I find, the odd bits and pieces. The hair for this doll is made from concrete NAILS. The body is made up of dryer lint mixed with glue to form a clay-like substance; apron made up from discarded denim pants. (Waste not - want not - that's my motto!)

I love a mind that can imagine and create these sorts of beautiful objects....she is so cool. You are so very talented!!!
Best idea for the prompt, ever! (Well, at least I can't imagine anyone ever coming up with a better one.)
Geez, for some reason I feel a headache coming on. That's really a great doll.
Shut the front door! That is awesomesauce!
This is terrific. My sister makes crazy wondrous things by upcycling, too. The only thing we save for her from her very lengthy list of things she'd like from us is lint. Her lint jewelry is gorgeous.
She is great....!!

Laundry makes me look just like that!
Love this art piece!
I just cannot get over how creative you are! Absolutely amazing.
Concrete nails and dryer lint? You are totally on another level, creatively.
Awesome creation! Love her!
Wow! Talk about recycling!! This is so cool!
extremely impressed. what a great piece of art!
I love the irony (pun intended) of using dryer lint to create a laundress!
That is CRAZY cool! I am so glad you explained how you make them...!
You are insanely creative. But now I know why I woke up this morning with a splitting headache (true story).
She's fabulous Pat! I love the hair. What a novel idea. And drier lint. Something else I've have to start hoarding (I mean saving...) LOL
