One of my all time favorite pictures - my husband's first Holy Communion. His mom got mad at him because he went out to play before Mass and, of course, got his new white suit all dirty! (This is more readily seen on the original photo.) He looks so angelic here, don't you think? He is the sweetest man I know.

Oh too funny, the knees are the giveaway. Excellent processing!! Give that sweet little boy...err man a big ole hug!!
What a cute kid your husband was. I like what you did with the texture and the color that resulted!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and the kind comment.
Very angelic, but that smile is a little devilish! :-)
Pity I don't know how to convey intonation into my 'Oh'.
Love the mudstained knees.
And the cheeky expression on the lad's face. Hope that is still there :-)
What a dramatic difference between the before and after! That is precisely why my mother never let me out her sight once I was ready for church. I am starting a new challenge called I Heart Textures. I invite you to stop by and submit an entry!
Oh this is such a sweet photo - love the addition of the heart!
