Dry Docked...

It was my intention to see if I could create my own "HDR" rendition of the photo using only the adjustment sliders in my Aperture software.

Original photo taken in Nova Scotia.

Original photo with the addition of Kim's "red" texture
I also wanted to let you know about a special give away on my blog.  You can find out more here.  The drawing is on July 7, 2013.  Good Luck!

Awesome shot, love HDR and your faux HDR turned out great and the addition of the texture is the icing on the boat.

Great processing! I love your hdr effect, and the texture just adds to it.

Love your processing of this image. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I spent more time here and have been enjoying your images. The jailhouse rock portrait of your hubby is great...nice to have a good sport in the house. Loved your dolls with paper hat and crown..such a perfect finish for them. Lots of inspiration here on your blog...I'll be back! Have a great holiday.
