 WHAT IF...

What if...

 What if I mixed gel medium with acrylic paint(s) and applied it to the canvas with the back of a plastic spoon...flowers perhaps?  This will require more experimentation.

I should be inside painting...

Even though it’s cold and cloudy today, I prefer walking around Wildflower Lake to doing laps on an indoor track!  In my defense, while walking around the lake, I was thinking about what more I could do on the painting sitting on my easel

                    

Where Has the Time Gone?!

 I just realized that it's been months since I posted.  It's been a hectic time for me.  I moved from sunny Florida to cold, cold Illinois.  I'm finally settled in and beginning to create art once again.

I decided to paint over a painting that I had done years ago.  I often do this because I like the texture it creates below a new artwork's surface.

I love creating drips with  paint
