Calm Waters

In the early morning hours, the rowboat bobs gently on a small lake near Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia.  There is something about watching CALM water that I find soothing to my soul.

I almost went with a dingy rocking on calm waters too. Wonderful capture and pure calm.

Ah, to be able to end each day by rocking in that dinghy... I feel calmer already,

Great photo and I love the calm boat - of course around my family it would be full of people arguing and noisily casting fishing lines or each other over the sides.

Water and boats are totally my thing. Until about three years ago a walked passed boats and water twice a day as part of my commute and it was simply lovely. The red against the water is simply delightful, it's a special boat shot, I wish I was in that boat. No, I wish I was in it AND it was my boat.

I agree, placid water lapping at a boat, SO peaceful! Thank you so much Pat, for sharing on 'Weekly Top Shot #52,' my meme's first anniversary!
