Swept Away...

It was love at first sight when I saw these brooms.  Original photo taken in Nova Scotia.

we should make brooms still. So much better than those plastic ones.

We vacationed in the Maritimes the summer of our 35th anniversary. We stayed on PEI where Mama was born and where there is still an old family homestead, and also went to Nova Scotia. It's so lovely there. I would have definitely noticed those beautiful brooms, too! Love this photo!

Perfect! Lovely items in a neutral color....and all that texture!

I wonder why we are drawn to common things like the broom, but I'm not sure if it matters because I find this grouping charming.

It is amazing what catches our eye. I use a broom daily, but nothing like these.

I can see why -- the texture and shape of the brooms is beautiful!
