Roseate Spoonbills

My husband and I took a drive out to the Marsh Trail in the 10,000 Island National Wildlife Refuge.  I've been on the hunt for some Roseate Spoonbills.  We found some, but they were quite a distance away...hopefully, next time we can get closer to these beautiful birds.

I love flamingoes. It's all I can do to stop myself from putting them in the yard. Wonderful!

Beautiful reflection captured in the water. I think I should have some of these in my area too, but I don't know where to look for them.

Even from a distance they look wonderful.

Beautiful even at a distance, Pat - nice shot! Here in TX we are blessed to host these magnificent birds during their migration. Have a blessed week!
