Dandelion....

Ever since I was a kid I thought dandelions were pretty.   As an adult, I still think they are pretty as long as they grow in someone else's yard!

This little beauty was found in my daughter's backyard.

So true. LOL They're such beautiful blossoms but sadly for such a short time.

I still think they are pretty too.
If only we could cultivate them in some controlled spot in our gardens..but they are so unruly! Ha

where I really enjoy them is when they are in a huge field like a yellow blanket.

Well, I still think they're pretty even growing in MY yard -- except for when they turn all puffy and then you have the big dandelion gucky part that I call a weed. Interesting -- a dandelion is a flower to me, but the bottom a weed.

Your photo -- a lovely flower!

My daughters love to make daisy chains - it's about the only time I like dandelions.

Funny that you take this picture of the dandelion as I was told by the boys in my family that it is a weed. I tell them that it is a flower with a wish behind it and you can make beautiful things with them, right? Your artwork is just delightful my friend. I can't wait to have a bit more time to look around.

Happy Saturday,
Karla
