Texture X 2

Kim challenged us to use two textures on a photo this week.

I was out and about with my camera today experimenting with aperture settings.  I took a number of macro shots.  I was intrigued by the texture of the rope in this photo.  The wooden stump sits outside a restaurant down by the dock on Naples Bay.

What I did:
"Be Still" (darken at 68%) and "Charmed" (soft light at 48%) textures courtesy of Kim Klassen.

Love the natural textures and you've enhanced them beautifully with your added texture.

Pat, I'm not familiar with photoshop and it's on my list to learn. Seeing your breakdowns is really helpful. And the photo is lovely, too!

The macro really picked up the texture of the rope nicely. The textures were a nice bonus to the process. Valerie
