Celebrate...

Using everyday household items, I created a doll celebrating my inner child.

My method
masking tape to join the pieces together

doll shape covered with paper clay and left to dry

loving thoughts for my inner child printed on deli paper, adhered with matte medium

  1. I cannot tell you how much I love this. I am longing for a little time to play and I think when I get it, this might be a project I'll jump into -- you don't have to sew and it's wonderful. No matter what you did, every one would be unique. I'm impressed! Retirement is coming soon -- this will be a great lake house project! I just LOVE this!

  6. Great that you let her come out and play! Really intriguing to see your method of making her. You made it look easy, but I know it's a lot of work--though sometimes work seems a lot like play!
