Sometimes making art is hard - especially when my muse has left the building. Fear can keep me from making a decision - what if it's wrong?! Then again it may be the perfect choice. Taking the time to make samples helps. Letting whimsy take over is not a bad thing either. Note to self: am I'm over-thinking, over-reacting, or...?
Time for me to stop riding on NEUTRAL. Make a decision - right or wrong - and get off the fence!
Gotta love a good fence pic...this is great

true. being neutral is the same as doing nothing. most of the time.
ReplyDeleteI love an old, peeling picket fence better than any newer variety. Which is good, since I'm too lazy to paint mine!
ReplyDeleteGreat fence art!! This challenge has certainly brought my photography out of neutral!!! :0
ReplyDeleteThat's a great looking fence. And a great treatment of today's theme.
ReplyDeleteLove this picture and a fantastic interpretation of today's topic!
ReplyDeleteI can really associate with your take on the theme! great shot!
ReplyDeleteI really like your spin on today's theme. And sometimes being neutral is like doing nothing at all. What an awesome photo! And, what an inspiring way to start my week!
ReplyDeleteWhat a charming photo. :) Great take on the theme! Now get off the fence. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat fence, especially. It's pretty and all, but it's pointy. Not good for sitting on at all.
ReplyDeleteNice idea and a cute photo for today's theme. I wonder can you paint it from your side if your neighbor put it? Just a curious.
ReplyDeleteI was on the fence once. Hemorrhoids. Nuff said.
ReplyDeleteNice photo by the way!
As a long-time fence-sitter, I can relate to this 100%.
ReplyDeleteI left THREE comments earlier from my "fancy shmancy new iphone 5" and none showed up. ARGH! Bottom line, I LOVE THIS! The fence is simply beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOuch! I wouldn't want to be sitting on that fence. Deciding to begin is really the only one needed.
